Rileigh (she/her/hers) utilizes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and views clients as the experts of their lives. Her role involves supporting exploration, self-awareness, and growth toward the goals clients bring into the therapeutic space. Rileigh recognizes that life is complex and context matters. With an open and curious mindset, she strives to learn about the identities, cultures, relationships, environments, and systems that are connected to her clients’ lives and concerns.
Rileigh has experience providing individual and family therapy with clients ranging in age from early childhood through middle adulthood with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, attachment injuries, relational challenges, as well as academic and career concerns. She has supported students in a college counseling center, clients in an outpatient mental health clinic setting, as well as children and families in an intensive outpatient day treatment setting grounded in the Developmental Repair model.
Rileigh’s educational background includes a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Rileigh has experience as a hospital-based advocate for survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence as well as a research team member in the field of counseling psychology.
