Annalise is a curious, warm, and humor driven clinician who believes that it takes strength to ask for help. She trusts in your resiliency and ability to create a fulfilling and purposeful life through building connection with your personal values.
She helps you to create and move towards therapy goals with an eclectic blend of approaches including trauma informed, mindfulness and insight oriented lenses. Annalise provides individual therapy to adults and has prior experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression and the impacts of trauma. She has also worked with clients diagnosed with ADHD and with people in transitional periods of their lives.
In session, Annalise will work with you to identify creative and personal forms of self care, will warmly offer perspective shifts, and will be curious with you about your emotions, needs, and personal values with a goal to help you explore how personal, relational, and social narratives inform who you are. She encourages you to bring your whole self to therapy!
Annalise currently provides individual psychotherapy services under the licensed supervision of Amber Schneider, LICSW and has earned her master's degree in counseling and psychological services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
