Charlotte Morgan
She/Her/Hers
Welcome- It takes a lot of strength to reach out for more support.
Charlotte is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who works with adults in individual therapy. She believes that her experience helps her to support all individuals in exploring identity, self-worth, attachment, and relationships.
Charlotte has experience working with complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has been trained in AIR Network and Internal Family Systems and will approach therapy from a place of exploring your strengths in order to be led wholeheartedly from the self, while exploring and processing your history and current stressors.
Charlotte also has speciality experience working with eating disorders. She is passionate in supporting people through eating disorder recovery with a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.
In our current local, national, and global climate, Charlotte also believes that it can be important to bring a social justice lens into sessions, including zooming out to see how systems impact our mental health and wellbeing and exploring how our own personal values can feel disjointed from our current climate.
Charlotte is committed to bringing a warm, curious, kind and compassionate lens into sessions, and hopes that you will feel comfortable in bringing your creativity and humor alongside the reasons that brought you here today. Together we can hold space to show up as you are.
