Nikki Erchul

Nikki graduated from University of Augsburg with her Masters of Social Work and holds an LICSW through the State of Minnesota. She works primarily with adult clients on a multitude of presenting issues. Nikki brings in a strong relational aspect to all of her work with clients, focusing on strengths and client-specific goals. She utilizes methods of mindfulness, attachment theory, and elements of dialectical behavioral therapy in order to foster connection and trust. In her work with clients, she incorporates a holistic approach, which includes examining the physical, spiritual, and mental well-being of the client and allowing all components to be addressed and validated as the change work occurs. When working with her, you will be able to examine how the parts affect the whole; identifying what small and beautiful changes are available to you immediately.
In addition to working with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life changes, she has extensive experience in treating chemical abuse, trauma history, leaving narcissistic relationships (or growing up in a narcissistic household), and eating disorders. Nikki identifies as a sex-positive therapist and welcomes clients who want a knowledgeable and judgment-free person to work with around sexual identity, transitions, relational issues as they relate to sex, sexuality, body, and relationships. She proudly identifies as a safe and inclusive member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Nikki’s relational, supportive and collaborative approach allows her clients to lean into their process and truth in order to find sustainable and exciting change in their lives.
