Melissa Anderson

Melissa provides services for adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, addictions, racial trauma, and adjustment disorders. She enjoys working with people to help them reduce their negative self thinking pattern so they can focus on enjoying what this new pattern of awareness can do for their daily life. Melissa has a BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University, a MA in Counseling and Psychological Services, and Post Master’s in Marriage and Family from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Melissa sees nature/energy as an integral part of the healing process since her belief is that we are all energy. She has a passion for supporting people in finding the good nature/energy in their life and using it as a place of healing.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, animals, and nature. She is a strong advocate of animal rights and spends much of her spare time promoting liberation of our wildlife.
