Elise Meger
She/Her/Hers
Elise’s therapeutic approach is direct, conversational, and humorous. Rather than use one type of therapy, she prefers to utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, and Client-Centered therapies to assist people with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. She has experience in and enjoys working with adult individuals from vastly diverse backgrounds, customizing the therapeutic process to fit the needs of each client.
She genuinely understands what it’s like to feel as though you are an outsider and different. Elise was born with Spina Bifida, a physical disability. Although this is a part of who she is, it does not define her. She sees each person as both student and teacher, and looks forward to accompanying you on your path toward inner growth!
