Clinical Supervision
LynLake offers clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists, provided by experienced, board-approved supervisors. Our multidisciplinary team includes supervisors with backgrounds in social work, marriage and family, professional counseling, and clinical psychology. They offer crucial oversight, ongoing feedback, and guidance to pre-licensed therapists as they develop the skills and experience required for licensure.

Consultation Groups
LynLake’s internal consultation groups offer a collaborative space for LynLake providers to come together, share insights, and seek guidance on challenging cases or professional dilemmas. These groups provide a supportive environment for peer learning, feedback, and connection amongst our team.
