We only get one chance at life. Theresa is a connector who has 30 years of experience in helping people get back to their authentic self; she has particular experience working with adult and young adult clients who are grappling with a wide variety of issues. She views therapy from a holistic health lens and melds together approaches according to the individual at hand. She is non-judgmental and is ready to tackle difficult client issues with a goal of helping each client reach their full potential. She is relatable, non-judgmental and compassionate, and knows that humor has a place in therapy. In addition to using CBT, systemic, holistic, and insight-oriented therapies among others, Theresa uses accelerated resolution therapy (ART) to assist clients with blockages. She is also interested in end of life issues, as that is where we often find meaning in our living. What do you want to do with your one wild and precious life?
