Nancy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of MN (since 2002). She is a certified DBT Therapist, a certified Evidence-Based Trauma Therapist, with specialties in treating Eating Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, and Depression. Nancy provides gender-affirming, culturally competent therapy services for Individuals, Couples, and Families.
Feeling important and respected is essential to everyone seeking therapy. Self-determination, empowerment, connectedness with others, and social justice are key tenets of Adlerian psychology. Nancy completed her clinical training at the Adler Graduate School of Psychology and her delivery of care is deeply rooted in these principles.
With 30 years of experience as a practicing therapist, Nancy has worked in different settings including Eating Disorder treatment; Substance Abuse treatment; Family Violence programs; Inpatient Mental Health; shelters and drop-in centers for the unhoused; and family reunification programs.
Nancy currently provides the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Family Systems Therapy; Cognitive Processing Therapy; Somatic Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); and Psychoeducation.
