Jean will partner with you to explore, understand, enhance and stabilize your well-being. As appropriate, our work will integrate Brainspotting, DBT, EMDR, Gottman Method relationship skills, HAES, psychodynamic insights, body awareness, coaching and meditation.
Jean works with adults, both individuals and couples. She is versed in supporting you to face and heal anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar and other mental health issues.
