Holly strives to build confidence in your choices and become more in tune with your body’s cues and needs. She seeks to help clients meet their wellness goals through an individualized approach. Whether you are looking for general nutrition education, improving your relationship with food, or other nutrition and health related challenges, she is looking forward to partnering with you on your journey.
Holly has worked in different levels of care from inpatient hospital settings to outpatient, and is passionate about the role food plays in the health of body and mind. She has experience in eating disorders, diabetes, kidney disease, heart health, IBS/GI issues, and enjoys helping people change their relationship with food and their body.
Her goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space for clients by using curiosity, self-compassion, and a non-judgmental stance around food and weight. In using mindful/intuitive eating techniques she hopes to guide you towards eliminating harmful behaviors.
