She/Her/Hers
Now Accepting New Clients
Starting therapy is a courageous step toward growth, and is a process that does not have to be walked alone. She creates a warm, affirming space where individuals can explore challenges, relationships, and personal development with compassionate guidance. With a focus on building mind-body awareness, navigating the impacts of trauma, substance use recovery, and anxiety management, Ashley blends directed insights with mindful practices to foster healing and resilience. She believes that understanding self and experiences is a journey, and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they gain autonomy, strength, and meaningful change.
Ashley is a pre-licensed clinical counselor under supervision, holding a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She brings a diverse range of perspectives from her experiences working in intensive outpatient programs for substance use, group homes for individuals with assistance needs, and residential treatment for adolescents that have enriched her approach to support and care today.
She believes that healing happens not only in deep conversations but also in shared laughter, meaningful connections, and embracing life’s experiences. Whether exploring the outdoors, spending quality time with loved ones, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or traveling to new corners of the world, Ashley values growth, exploration, and presence in all facets of her life
Ashley is working under the licensed supervision of Corinne Nechalova, MA, LPCC, while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
