Stef’s approach to therapy is founded in an understanding of generational trauma and the belief that healing is possible. She believes that mental health difficulties are often held and expressed by the body, therefore, she creates space in therapy for a full expression of emotion. Stef is passionate about supporting parent child relationships of all shapes and sizes to allow for whole family healing. She has extensive experience working with families in the perinatal period, with adoption and permanency and early childhood mental health. Stef is trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC) Toddler and Infant models and Interpersonal Process Group Therapy.
