Being human can be a vulnerable experience that doesn’t always have clear directions or a road map. It can be beautiful, joy-filled, challenging, confusing, simple, complex and sometimes downright painful! We all have a deep desire to thrive in our own unique human expression and to be accepted, valued, and loved fully. Most of us have had experiences or relationships that alter our sense of self and can make relationships, the outside world, and our internal world a confusing, lonely, or unsafe place.
Sarah values your journey and is dedicated to seeing you and being with you as you are while also serving as a support person to help you explore and navigate your experiences. There isn’t always an answer and life is constantly changing.
