Meredith Hyduke Dehn
Meredith understands that we all face seasons where navigating the inner workings of our relationships feels challenging at best. Conflict isn’t easy, especially with the ones we love. Together with Meredith clients will look at these periods of conflict, address them, and explore the opportunities to change and grow. Along with a relational- centered approach, Meredith draws on client’s strengths to empower clients as they increase strategies to improve their lives. Creativity and humor are encouraged in sessions as these can often lead to greater insights for strategies for clients facing complex problems.
Meredith is committed to providing a warm space for clients to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, parenting, relationship issues, family issues, communication, eating disorders, racism/power/privilege, and grief/loss. Meredith integrates strategies that will assist each individual client and their needs drawing from the following: Gottman, Scharach, Internal Family Systems, Bowen and body movement. Meredith primarily sees adults, couples, parents and families.
Outside of therapy Meredith enjoys gardening, volunteering in her community and a good cup of coffee. Meredith and her family live on the northside where they are active in their neighborhood school and like to walk their dog Monty.
Meredith is currently working under the licensure of Ann Kellogg, MS, LPCC, while she pursues full licensure as a marriage and family therapist.
