Kaitlyn is a Professional Counseling Intern who supports youth (5-17), adults (18+), couples, and families. She strongly believes in the value of an authentic therapeutic relationship that feels safe, accepting, and collaborative. Kaitlyn strives to hold and create space for each person to uncover, process, and move through past and present challenges. She supports each person’s growth towards their therapeutic goals by maintaining curiosity towards interconnections between one’s experiences, relationships, and therapeutic concerns.

Kaitlyn utilizes an integrative, relational approach to therapy, rooted in family systems, person-centered, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and psychoanalytic perspectives. She understands the importance of meeting each person where they are at in every session as she seeks flexible and creative approaches to promote health and healing. Kaitlyn strives to be culturally responsive, curious, and respectful of each person’s life experiences. Kaitlyn is passionate about supporting youth and adults who have experiences of anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, challenges in relationships, and trauma.

Kaitlyn is working under the licensed supervision of Katie Harrold, MA, LMFT while she completes her graduate internship program.
