Although therapy does not solve everything including many systemic problems, Caitlyn hopes to collaborate on ways to navigate the complexity of relationships and to move towards feeling empowered and connected to one's self and others. Caitlyn is passionate about working with individuals and relationships needing support navigating experiences with intersecting cultural identities, non-monogamy and polyamory, family and other relationship systems.
Caitlyn also has experience working with clients who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Caitlyn uses IFS, attachment theory, experimental, narrative and other systemic approaches to help guide sessions, provide tools, and find ways to express the internal and external experiences.
Outside of work Caitlyn enjoys many things including: cooking, reading, yoga, climbing, board games, painting, spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, and board games.
