People are complex, social beings and often need help and support as they develop self-understanding, make sense of their experiences, and strive for positive change. Whatever you are going through, Andrew will provide you with a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process, and Andrew will work with you as you develop greater self-understanding and acceptance, explore what lies at the root of your troubles, help you develop greater awareness and insight, and support you along the path to growth and positive change. Most change and growth happens gradually, and taking this into consideration, Andrew is ready to dig in for the long haul with you as you start this courageous journey. He will also be sure to include humor along the way. Andrew takes an integrative approach, utilizing a number of different therapeutic philosophies, and draws heavily on the use of mindfulness.
Andrew is a Masters Student pursuing his credentials to be an LPCC, and is working under the supervision of Kate West, MSW, LICSW. Some of Andrew’s areas of interest are Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and ADHD.
